DESCRIPTION:Longmont is updating its Wildlife Management Plan and the second public meeting open house date is Thursday April 4th from 6-8pm. \nPer Longmont’s website\, the goals of the Wildlife Management Plan are “to develop a general City philosophy for allowing the coexistence of wildlife and human activities and to the extent possible\, preserve wildlife habitats and promote improvements of degraded habitats\, ensuring that Longmont’s high quality of life is maintained for its residents.” \nThe second meeting will look at pollinators\, native fish of the St Vrain\, conflicts with wildlife\, species that enrich Longmont’s quality of life\nand wildlife diversity.
